Plant Description
This specimen forms a dense, multi-headed cluster of short cylindrical stems. The green stems are heavily clothed in fine, pale spines, giving the plant an overall silvery appearance.
The photographed specimen is particularly notable for its vigorous clustering habit and prominent pink flower. The combination of densely packed cylindrical heads, white spination, and woolly areas between the tubercles provides the principal features supporting its identification as Mammillaria geminispina.
